Imagine yourself in utopia, a perfect place. To you, utopia, might mean a clear blue sky, chirping birds, and a slight breeze. Or utopia could be the soft sand underneath your hammock that swings from light palm trees, the red sun setting in an ombre pink sky. Maybe utopia is a lush mattress, velvet covers, and scented candles, or a Western saddle on a Thoroughbred. Perhaps all you want is a box of chocolates and rock music playing. However you design it, there is a utopia out there for each of us. How do you reach it?

Puzzles of Utopia is just one tool that allows you to choose between two of the greatest self-care possibilities – solitude or relationship-building. There are other options that can greatly increase your feeling of calm and happiness in moments of stress. When you feel pulled worn, will you turn to the bottle, the pillow, the knife, and a downward spin, or will you rise to yourself by utilizing a self-care plan YOU’VE created to make life better?

It’s in your hands. Choose your life.

Activities that make you calm:

Use any combination to create a memorable or forgettable experience. It doesn’t matter what you actually do or let be done, what matters is how do you feel? Does your heart rate calm? Does your mind stop racing and start going in clear simple lines?

Remember, it’s the details that make a simple activity a self-care tool! Take an everyday routine and add something individual – something artsy, beautiful, natural, nurturing,
